Driven by a passion for connecting people and a desire to provide clients and candidates with an unquestionable best-in-class recruitment service, this led me to set up DCD Recruitment in April 2018. Rebranded to DCD Search in April 2024, which better reflects our evolution and focus on the mid to senior market.
I have 20 years of experience working within global consultancies, business outsourcing companies, and corporate in-house roles. Recruiting across a wide range of operational disciplines at all levels of seniority. I have worked with some brilliant people and built up a network I now cherish.
